Feedburner to introduce ads in feeds

Do we really need this? While I was reading the Feedburner’s Blog I noticed this title “Adsense for feeds” so I readfeedburner.png the whole article. They said there that at the beginning this service will be available only for just a small number of the members, but after the testing period every feedburner member will be able to see the ads integrated in the RSS feeds.

This is a very bad announcement, for us, the bloggers. As you already know, many readers prefer reading the articles directly from the RSS reader, so our monetization will start to go down and all the money will go straight to FeedBurner. This was a big hit for our budget!

Some guys that changed the internet

This is a list of some young guys that changed the internet with their great ideas. What would you do without them?

1. Larry Page and Sergey Brin

They made “Google” in 1998, when they were only 24. Their first “desk” was located in a garage, and after a while they became the owners of a great empire making billions of dollars per year.

Download day - Firefox 3 Guiness World Record

Some guys came with an interesting idea called “Download Day”. All they want to do is set a Guiness World Record for the most downloaded browser in 24 hours.

All you need to do in order to help with this record is to download Firefox 3 during the “Download Day” which will start as soon as Firefox 3 becomes available (stable version) and it will last 24 hours.

To do that you have to enter the website, choose your country, enter your e-mail (nobody will play with it), click “Pledge” and help the statistics grow! Wouldn’t it be nice if Firefox 3 will become the most downloaded browser in 24 hours? Oh yea!
