Google penalizes blogspot & info domains

There was a big fuss today. Amazingly, blogspot and .info domains were temporarily penalized by Google, they were removed from the search engine. Imagine how big was the impact for blogspot and .info bloggers that had their blogs optimized for search engines!

There were many discussions on forums too, you can check Digital Point forums for the reactions. But there is a happy ending, after a while everyone realized that there’s a big BUG at Google.

This problem lasted from about 2:49pm (EST) to 4:33pm (EST).

Yes, everything is fine now. I mentioned there when I wrote the post that the problem lasted from about 2:49pm (EST) to 4:33pm (EST).
